I’ve always had a creative streak—whether it’s picking up a guitar, building one, or exploring the world through a camera. Of those passions, photography has been the constant since I was seven years old, when I first discovered how powerful a single image could be.
My career as an Imaging Scientist taught me the value of mastering the tools, but I’ve learned that the heart of photography isn’t technical—it’s emotional. I’m drawn to capturing not just what’s in front of the lens, but the feelings and stories beneath the surface.
Along the way, I’ve shared this approach through workshops and collaborations, helping photographers of all levels move past the mechanics and into more expressive, resonant images. Seeing someone connect with a photograph—because it stirred something in them—is what excites me most.
My work has been honored in galleries and with awards, but at the end of the day, it’s about connection. I invite you to explore my imagery and see what stories and emotions speak to you.
Because for me, the best photographs aren’t just seen—they’re felt.
